At Conzuri, we want you to stand tall and confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and height-increasing insoles included.

Package Your Items
Securely place the footwear in its original Conzuri box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
